Site Consultation
We visit your property and evaluate layout, access, drainage, and sun exposure.

Design Agreement
We issue a planning proposal (3% of your estimated project budget), which is credited toward the final build.

Fixed-Cost Proposal
When the design is approved, the cost is locked. We don’t move the goalposts.

Design Development
Layouts are mapped and refined. We walk you through materials, color ranges, and finish details.

Build & Finish
Your crew handles every step, base prep, drainage, cuts, layout. When we start your project, we finish it.
