We don’t price by square foot. We price by scope, material, and craft.
Every project we take on is custom, no prefab kits, no templated installs. That means pricing reflects what it really takes to do it right. From excavation and drainage to stone selection and plant maturity, we build for longevity and design for impact.
Design Phase
Our process starts with a Design & Development Agreement, equal to 3% of the estimated project cost. That fee is credited toward your final build if you move forward.
Typical Project Ranges
Comprehensive Landscape Projects: $75,000–$300,000+
Custom Patios or Terraces: $25,000–$100,000
Outdoor Kitchens / Fire Features: $20,000–$85,000
Retaining Walls & Grading Work: $15,000–$100,000
Decks & Covered Structures: Priced case-by-case with our build partners
